Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a full refund, store credit, or size exchange.

Returns

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Return Process

To return a product, please request a return by contacting us by email at support@charlotteshape.com. After receiving your return confirmation, securely place the product in its original packaging together with the return form provided, then send the package to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

To ensure a smooth return process and to qualify for a full refund, customers must provide a clear photo of all returned products before shipping.

Please take a photo of the products inside the package before sending them back. This helps us verify that all returned items are included and allows us to process the refund efficiently.

Returns without photo verification may delay the refund process or may result in a partial refund if any items are missing.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the date we receive the product for processing. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Damaged Products

At Charlotte Shape, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged, we want to make the return process as simple as possible for you.

Please follow the steps below if you receive a damaged product:

  1. Upon receiving your package, please carefully inspect the products for any damage.
  2. If you notice any damage, please take clear photos or videos of the damaged product together with the packaging. Make sure to capture any visible defects, including tears or imperfections.
  3. To help us process your request quickly, please send the photos or videos to support@charlotteshape.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  4. If the damage is confirmed to have been caused during shipping or by an error on our part, we will offer a replacement product or a full refund. However, if the damage is caused by improper use, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products

For all returns, please comply with the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed: Products must be in the same condition in which you received them. We do not accept products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Original packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging.

No damage: Products must not show signs of wear or damage, unless they were received defective.

Exchanges / Returns

Starting a return: To start a return, please contact our team with your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund processing: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
